HELIOT EMIL offers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt for all items purchased through our online store. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all industrial hardware and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Access our digital return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Packaging

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage to the technical fabrics and hardware during transit.

• 3.
  Labeling and Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items for compliance; approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
